1. Agreement to these terms
By using this website, requesting a free trial or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.
2. What Zyminex provides
Zyminex provides a technical streaming service: access credentials and server infrastructure that let a compatible player application receive streams over your internet connection. We do not host, produce, own, broadcast or distribute any media content, and we do not sell the content itself — what you pay for is access to the technical service.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You are responsible for checking that using an IPTV service is permitted where you live, and for complying with the broadcasting and copyright rules of your own country.
4. Orders, prices and activation
- Prices are shown in US dollars on the pricing page and at checkout, and may change at any time. The price you were shown when you ordered is the price that applies to that order.
- Subscriptions are prepaid for a fixed period (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) and do not auto-renew. No payment method is stored to charge you again.
- Activation is manual for security reasons. Credentials normally arrive within 5 to 15 minutes by email or WhatsApp, and up to an hour at peak times.
- Providing a correct email address is your responsibility. If credentials are sent to an address you mistyped, contact support and we will resend them.
- Additional simultaneous devices are charged as an extra on top of the plan price.
5. Free trial
We offer a 24-hour free trial on a full line, limited to one per household. Trials exist so you can verify quality and compatibility before paying. We may refuse or revoke a trial if we detect repeated requests from the same person, household or network, and trial lines carry no guarantee of uptime priority.
6. Your credentials and connection limit
Your username, password and portal URL are personal to you. You are responsible for keeping them confidential and for all activity that takes place on your line. Each plan allows a specific number of simultaneous connections; you may install the service on as many of your own devices as you like, but you may not stream on more devices at once than your plan permits.
If you lose your credentials, support can reissue them after verifying your order reference.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Share, publish, sell, resell or sublicense your credentials without written authorisation from us.
- Use the service commercially — in bars, hotels, waiting rooms or any public venue — on a residential plan.
- Record, rebroadcast, restream or redistribute any stream received through the service.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, probe or otherwise interfere with our servers or infrastructure.
- Use the service for anything unlawful, or in a way that infringes the rights of others.
- Circumvent the connection limit of your plan by any technical means.
Breaching this section can result in immediate termination without refund, as set out in section 13.
8. Technical requirements
A stable internet connection is required: roughly 15 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps for Full HD and 35 Mbps or more for 4K, per simultaneous stream. Stability matters more than headline speed. You are responsible for your own device, player application, router and connection. Our installation guides and speed guide cover the usual setup issues, and support will help — but we cannot fix a line we do not control.
9. Availability and content changes
We target 99.9% uptime and operate anti-freeze servers with backup feeds, but no streaming service can promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance windows, upstream outages, and occasional individual channel drops are part of how this technology works. Channel lineups and on-demand catalogues change over time; the availability of a specific channel or title at a given moment is not guaranteed and is not by itself grounds for a refund.
10. Content and legal responsibility
Zyminex does not host, stream or distribute media content and holds no rights over any broadcast reachable through the service. All trademarks, channel names and logos belong to their respective owners and are referenced only descriptively. Broadcasting law differs between countries, and you are solely responsible for ensuring your use is lawful where you are.
11. Intellectual property of this site
The Zyminex name, logo, site design, text and graphics on this website are ours. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without permission. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property to you.
12. Refunds and cancellation
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary: the 12-month plan carries a 7-day money-back guarantee, shorter plans are non-refundable once activated because a free trial is offered first, and subscriptions expire on their own rather than needing cancellation.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate a line immediately, without refund, if you breach section 7, if we detect fraud or credential sharing, if a payment is reversed, or if a chargeback is filed without contacting support first. You may stop using the service at any time; the subscription then simply runs to its expiry date.
14. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that any particular channel, event or title will be available at any particular time.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, missed events or data loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
16. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms as the service changes. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and the version in force for your order is the one published when you ordered. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
17. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before any formal step, please contact support — nearly every dispute is resolved in a single conversation. Consumers keep any mandatory rights available to them under their local law.
